Both Tove and Edvard studied with Professor Kaare Klint at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Copenhagen in1927. They established their design office together in 1945 and had a long career working in design and architecture throughout the 20th Century. They were diverse and eclectic designers, creating textiles, lighting, jewelry, glass, typography and more.
